Reviews:

"The world premiere of Barb Scheffler’s comedy The Beaver Club is simply a revelation.  Well-written, beautifully acted, expertly directed, with a modest yet effective set and excellent lighting, it all adds up to an instant Canadian theatre classic....the role of Yvette is portrayed by Danielle Nicole, with a broad French accent that works well, and a glint in her eye when she describes making out in a church as a teen." (The Beaver Club)

Entertain This Thought

"Danielle Nicole is excellent in her three roles as Aunt Tillie, Phyllis and Simon. She gives Tillie a harsh, cackling voice and abrupt manner...as Phyllis, Nicole puts on an amusingly seductive tone of voice...for Simon, Nicole takes her voice as low as possible and gives him a pompous British accent." (The Fixer-Upper, 2021 remount)

Stage Door

"The tricky task for the cast was to give each of the passengers their own identifiable voices and to maintain that voice throughout the ride. I can attest to the fact that they did a masterful job in this case. The back and forth between Chris and Danielle made for many humorous exchanges. Why did I have that 'been there done that' feeling? Chris and Danielle really pulled it off." (Sunshine Express)

The Echo

"Danielle Nicole does a solid job of being the narrative anchor in a tricky role. The cast is top-notch.(Five Alarm)

"The two acts seemed to fly by in an instant as the audience jumped to its feet in a thunderous standing ovation to justly reward the actors at the final curtain call."

"The interaction of the four talented actors – Jill Harland, Sharon McFarlane, Janet Monid and Danielle Nicole –  is delightful to watch. The momentum of “The Ladies Foursome” is dependent on the pace and timing of the dialogue and the four women make it look easy." (The Ladies Foursome)

"...the deliberate awkwardness and reticence of the other two main characters, Danielle Nicole's Teresa Pike and Jerry Getty's Ethan, present the audience with an irresistible combination of naivety, vulnerability and charm. Beautifully played." (Ethan Claymore)

"It is a true joy when I have the opportunity to be introduced to an actor who is bold, beautiful, and quirky and who surprises me with their innovation and their ability to hold the audience in the palm of their hand.  Danielle Nicole was my “discovery.”  I have never seen her on stage before and I was mesmerized.  It was hilarious, over-the-top perfection for Doucette and Nicole who are adept at physical comedy, incredibly likeable and have a wonderful sense of comic timing." "Danielle Nicole is particularly brilliant in her three roles, the first as middle-aged housewife Betsy Ballantyne, who has agreed to have sex with hubby Lou (Bancroft) in a hotel room where it is to be broadcast live on radio...Nicole later shines as Sandy, an accident-prone exotic dancer, and Yolanda, a brain-injured taxi driver."
